Nothing is better on a hot day than a refreshing glass of iced tea
We all know that there are various ways to prepare iced tea – like making strong tea by brewing it with hot water and pouring it over ice, or making sun tea. But we’re a fan of the cold brewed method (you can see our cold brewed coffee instructions here).
Cold water extracts the tea differently than hot water, resulting in a different flavor profile and typically less bitterness. But it can still be sweetened to taste! We love the idea of cold brewing tea, because it lets us taste our favorite teas in an entirely different way especially because it’s so simple!
You can dress yours up with a garnish like fresh mint or a slice of lemon and make sure you’re sipping in sweet style this summer!
