Our beef stew contains significantly less ingredients than some other stews, and also, has fewer steps. All you’ll need is a handy crock pot to let this meal prep itself!

- 2 lbs Beef Stew Meat
- 1 Jar Southwest Salsa
- 4 Cups Beef Broth
- 1 Cup Baby Carrots
- 1 Cup Potatoes, Diced
- Black Peppercorns Whole Organic
- Simply add all the ingredients to your 6-quart crock pot, with the meat placed in first.
- Season with salt and pepper, to your tastes.
- Cook on low for 8-10 hours!
