15 Minute Outdoor HIIT Workout For Couples
Today we’re bringing back your childhood mindset and giving you a HIIT Workout that you can do literally anywhere with your better half–your backyard, the beach, a park…get the picture? It’s easy. It’s accessible. It requires no equipment. We don’t see how there could be any more reasons or how you could counter-argue this one.
Aside from the above, working out outside in the warmer months has countless benefits, as does working out with your significant other. The first obvious one is that there’s sunshine and warmth. The second is that you no longer have to be restricted to the confines of your gym, like in the winter. In short, the world becomes your playground. Sounds enticing, right? Plus, working out with the person you love helps to not only build trust but build better unspoken communication between the two of you. After all, not much can be said while you’re pushing yourself to the limit!

Outdoors Forever HIIT Workout
Time: 15 minutes
Start by stretching. Toe-touch, arm stretch, etc. Get limber!
Do as many Russian twists as you can in 30 seconds.
Do 20 squats, make sure that your structure is safe
Do 40 bicycle crunches
20 front lunges
Donkey Kick Leg Lift
Do this on each leg for 30 seconds
Hold a plank position for 30 seconds
Do as many as you can in 30 seconds
*Repeat the circuit 3 times*
