Here’s the 411.
First, you’ll want to gather some supplies. Add the following to your grocery list:
+ Store bought pastry dough
+ 3 tsp. Lemon Zest
+ 1/3 C. Lemon Juice
+ 4 Eggs
+ 1/4 C. Whole Wheat Flour (or Organic Coconut Flour for GF)
+ 1 1/2 C. Powdered Sugar

Step 1: Spread your dough out evenly on a 9″ tray
Note: Make sure to have it spread so that it is on thick. Layer if needed.
Step 2: Bake the dough in the oven for 15 minutes. Heat: 350 degrees.
Note: Make sure that it is half baked, if it is fully baked, by the end it will be burned.
Step 3: Whisk together the eggs, powdered sugar, lemon zest, lemon, and flour in a bowl.
Step 4: Spread the Mixture evenly out on the tray over the half-baked dough.
Step 5: Bake for another 20 minutes at 350 degrees, until slightly golden.
