Julie has whipped up another fantastic recipe, this one featuring one of our favorite superfoods: Chia Seeds! Topped with fresh strawberry halves (that resemble hearts!), this delicious and nutritious recipe is the perfect Valentine’s Day dessert.
Plus, since this pudding utilizes chopped dates, you can make a cheesy joke about eating dates while on a date… and what could be more charming than that?

- 1. In a blender, add all ingredients except the strawberries and blend until well combined.
- 2. Refrigerate for 20 minutes to allow the chia seeds to set.
- 3. Serve in your favorite fancy date-night glassware, top with fresh strawberry halves, serve and enjoy!
- Want to take it up a notch? Add your favorite chopped nuts (we recommend walnuts!) or top with unsweetened shredded coconut!
