Egg-lessly Easy French Toast Recipe
What You’ll Need:
+ 2 Slices of Thick Bread (Choice)
+ 1/2 cup Almond Milk
+ 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
+ 1 tbsp Cornstarch
+ 100% Organic Ghee (for skillet and bread)
+ Sliced Bananas
+ Sliced Strawberries
+ 1 tsp Manuka Honey
+ 1/2 tsp Cinnamon Powder Organic
How To Make It:
+ Mix together the milk, cornstarch, and vanilla extract in a bowl
+ Dip each slice of bread in until saturated
+ On a skillet, over med-high heat, melt some Ghee
+ Place one slice, cook until golden brown. Repeat with other slice.
+ Once done, put both on a plate and top with bananas, strawberries, some honey and a sprinkle of cinnamon powder
