First things first, we should warn you, these aren’t actually colored green. We didn’t want to use food coloring and ruin the all-natural appeal! Instead, we’ve made a green dipping sauce to compliment the homemade potato chips. The sauce is made with fresh avocados, greek yogurt, and a bit of herbs. Organic and good-for-you, just the kind of luck we want in our food.
