- 1. In a food processor, blend avocados, cocoa powder, and vanilla. Set aside.
- 2. Heat raspberries on medium-low heat on the stove for about 5 minutes. Remove and add lemon juice, stir to continue.
- 3. Prepare your mousse in small serving glasses or bowls! Layer mousse and raspberries, then top with almonds. Garnish with a mint leaf if available, serve, and enjoy!
