Overnight Oats: Super Easy Breakfast To Feel Super Ready For The Day

One recipe that is really easy to make and surely satisfying is overnight oats. There are endless creative options and flavors to make, which is why you likely will never grow bored of them. After all, oats are the base in the recipe and they absorb whatever flavors you give them! Today, we’re setting you up with your first recipe, made from our two favorite things: peanut butter and bananas. Let’s get to it so you can make the recipe, stock your fridge for the week with it and get your healthy happy dance on every time your alarm rings in the a.m.
Bananas For Peanut Butter Overnight Oats
- + ½ cup milk of choice (almond if vegan or low-fat milk)
- + Tbsp 100% Pure Chia Seeds Organic
- + 2 Tbsp Peanut Butter
- + 1 Tbsp Sweetener of Choice (We used Agave)
- + ½ Cup Rolled Oats
- + Banana, Sliced
- In a mason jar, fill first with your almond milk, chia seeds, sweetener and peanut butter. Mix lightly together. Add in your oats and press down to moisten in the milky mix. Place in your fridge overnight. Top with bananas and more peanut butter—enjoy!
