REFRESHING HOMEMADE JUICE WITH CITRUS
What’s better than fresh?
Morning rituals are an important aspect in everyone’s life. Whether you’re rolling out of bed to work out, or spending an hour laying on the couch catching up on your favorite read…it’s a part of how we all kick-start the day.
Another part of this morning ritual which is ubiquitous for most people? Coffee (or tea) drinking. There’s something traditional to us all in having a go-to beverage in the morning to jolt us forward into our responsibilities.
Yet, in the summer, what better a time to change things up with something refreshing and chilled?
We’re talking about fresh-squeezed, homemade juice with citrus fruits.
A light, tangy juice that is brimming with flavor and vitamin C to awaken you in a healthy way.
The juice we’re making has orange, grapefruit, and a little coconut water for a hydrating punch.
CITRUS BURST HOMEMADE JUICE
To sip on during one of the remaining summer mornings.
What You Need:
- 1 1/2 Full Grapefruit
- 3 Full Oranges
- 1 Tsp. Turmeric Powder
- 1/2 Tbsp. Agave Syrup
- 3 oz. Coconut Water
Simply juice each fruit, stir into the Coconut Water, sprinkle the turmeric in…Sip up!
