A Cheap and Easy Sleep Solution You’re Bound To Love

The conclusion from this research? Put your phone down before bed. Another reason for people sleeping poorly comes from stress. Stress causes people to lie awake more, and stir in their thoughts. In fact, this issue affects approximately 43% of adults in America. Though, one quick fix to the problem is practicing mindfulness. Mindfulness, such as meditation, has been linked to improving patterns of sleep and increasing hours of shut eye nightly.
Another solution to help you doze off without the stirring thoughts or sheep counting is aromatherapy. It’s been shown that common scents can help elicit certain feelings inside your body, leading it to a serene state. That being said, when we can’t sleep we turn to lavender.
