Sweet Apple Salsa

Ingredients
- 2 cups diced fresh apples
- 1 cup diced mango
- ¼ cup diced red pepper
- ¼ cup diced yellow pepper
- ¼ cup diced red onion
- ½ fresh jalapeno, seeded and mince
- 1 tablespoon wildflower honey
- 1/8 cup fresh cilantro, minced
- Himalayan pink mineral salt & pepper, to taste
Instructions
- 1. Prepare your ingredients.
- 2. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl. Season and toss to evenly coat. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
- 3. Serve over chicken, fish, or enjoy with chips or crackers!
Notes
- When choosing apples, we recommend not using sour apples like Granny Smith. Save those for your fresh apple pie!
